MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF MAKING IT HAPPEN CHILDREN’S PROJECT (ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED UNDER SECTION 21) (“YENZANI”) OF 2008.

PRESENT:	S.A. MIRK (ChairPerson) D.L MEYERSON L. KONTOMINAS R.L. COOPER G. LEBALLO A.J van der WESTHUIZEN J. MPHIWE
MEETING:	THE chairman tabled a document signed by or on behalf of all the members agreeing to except short notice of meeting and stated as the necessary quorum was present, the meeting was properly constituted.
DIRECTORS' AND AUDITORS' REPORTS	THE chairman presented the DIRECTORS' report together with the Balance Sheet as at 29th February, 2008, and the income Statement for the year ended upon that date. The Auditors' Report was agreed by the members present to be taken as read and was laid upon for inspection by the members. The Directors' Report and the Annual Financial Statements were unanimously adopted and all matters undertaken and discharged by the directors on behalf of the company were confirmed.
AUDITORS' REMUNERATION:	IT WAS RESOLVED THAT the remuneration for the past audit be confirmed.
DIRECTORS' EMOLUMENTS:	IT WAS RESOLVED THAT directors' emoluments as detailed in the Annual Financial Statements be and they are hereby confirmed. There being no further business the meeting then terminated.
